We love this park! The picture is not very accurate considering it's the soccer field on the other side of the river. The new River Park playground is on the east side of the river near the pool on Francisco. Lots of shade for the summer. The only complaint that I have is that it's not fenced in on all 4 sides which means that your kid can escape! Luckily, Francisco is not a busy street and there is a fence on the Francisco side. It's the park side that is open which means you end up running all over the place to catch your kid if they dash!
