The High Line

There really isn't a playground here, although on occasion (twice in 2010, not sure about 2011) they have set up an Imagination playground-in-a-box in the Chelsea Market passage between 15th and 16th Streets. Nonetheless, kids will still have tons of fun walking along the High Line, climbing the "peel-away" benches, going up and down the steps on the 10th Avenue Overlook, and getting their toes wet in the very very shallow water feature between 14th and 15th Streets.
