Bill Baird Playground at Lagana Field

We are holding a Fall Carnival, Sunday November 21 from 11-4 to fundraise for the Playground.

PLEASE HELP REBUILD THIS PLAYGROUND.

Help thease kids give them the playground they need

I saw this play ground being built in the inwood area in upper Manhattan. What's the difference between the children of that community and the children in this community? Children are Children and they all deserve to play and be happy in a safe place.

All we're asking for is a safe place for children to play and be happy. Is that so much to ask?

We would love to have a Kaboom playground in our community.

Although our position in this wonderful contest is in the middle I stay hopeful that the right decision will be made in the end. I personally think that our playgroung is in need of the most help but unfortunally the decision is not mine. So I ask all of the judges, please make the right choice.

In theese days of childhood obeasity it is extremely important to keep your child healthy. I feel that with this terrible playground our children forget the fun in running around and working out in a exiting way. I am afraid for my child that if this playground doesn't get fixed then he is headed for childhood obeasity.

Our children should not be cheated out of a clean and safe playground.
