Hello fans of Southern Point Central Park, and congratulations! Your community is a part of the top 50 playspaces in the running for an Imagination Playground in a Box! Hello everyone!

My name is Erin Hamilton and I'm part of the KaBOOM! online team. Since Southern Point Central Park is on the leader board right now, I need to find out who would be the main contact for the site and get both their email address and phone number so that one of my colleagues can send along some further logistics information. This park is too small for the community. We need new equipment such as baby swings, shade, benches, etc.

My older kids love this park because they can swing next to each other. My little one likes the play set itself. I can't stand to go there anymore because of the upkeep. The last time we went there were more cigarette butts than there was mulch. It is so dirty/muddy. If we can't get new equipment, we should at least make the current stuff usable.

The playground set doesn't include activities for a range of ages. I have to take my youngest to a different site and my oldest gets bored.

Kids of all ages love to swing. We need a park that has baby swings and regular swings. A tire swing is always fun too.

A baby swing would be great. I've only found one close at a different park.

This park could be really nice, but has very basic play equipment with poor mulch surfacing that washes out every year and hasn't been updated in a long time. New equipment would be great for the community.
